Hi I'm Letitia
I've always been fascinated by people — what shapes us, why we respond the way we do, and what helps us move forward when we feel stuck.
After years of working closely with people in different areas of life, I followed that curiosity into Life Coaching and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
Today, through Free Me, I combine my experience and training to help people create meaningful change in their lives.
